Medicinal Chemistry Exercises

All the linked exercises below are built upon Java applets, called Physlets, written by Professors Wolfgang Christian and Mario Belloni of the Davidson College Physics Department.  The exercises have been designed to demonstrate specific principles of medicinal chemistry, mostly concerning graphical aspects of pharmacokinetics or dose-response relationships.  The writing of these applets is supported by an Associated Colleges of the South-Mellon Technology Fellowship.  A progress report is available.  Any questions or comments concerning these exercises are welcome.
