This is the will of John RISTENBATT's son, Herman Brown
RISTENBATT. It is possible that the BROWN comes from Caroline's
line (John's wife - I am not certain.) Herman was married to Lizzie -?-
and they had two daughters, Beulah and Leila. (never married) Buried at
Mt. Lebanon.
I Herman B. RISTENBATT of the city of Lebanon County and state of
Pennsylvania Do make and publish my last will and Testament as
follows: I order that my funeral expenses be paid and tomstones be
erected on my block for me and wife. I give and bequeath my real
estate and Personal Property to my daughter Beulah E. RISTENBATT,
? (faint) pay to the cemetery association for keeping the block clean
and in order. In testimony whereof I have here set my hand and seal this
day of October 10th, A.D. 1923. Herman B. RISTENBATT (seal)
