Conditions of Use

The Equilibria package and ChemEquilibria applet may be used without requesting permission from the author under the following conditions:

1. David N. Blauch should be credited as the source of the software on any public web pages or software that deploy the ChemEquilibria applet and/or Equilibria package. (For a series of web pages with a unifying theme, it is only necessary that the top-level or home page bear this acknowledgement.)



2. Any publications whose results are obtained using this software should credit David N. Blauch.



3. Users assume any and all responsibility for any damages or liabilities resulting from this software.



4. The ChemEquilibria applet and the Equilibria package and any software containing the ChemEquilibria applet and/or Equilibria package are not sold but are either freely distributed or are used privately.
